Datacap Lead (Experience – 8 to 10 yrs)

Job description

Technical skills: • Strong Experience with IBM Datacap • Ability to understand business requirement and document architecture & Design document • Lead team and guide team on technical issues • Responsible for developing and maintaining complex applications in the Datacap • Develop and test applications in DataCap using DC Studio, DCO, Taskmaster (TM) Application Manager, TM Server Manager, TM Rulerunner Manager, TM DotScan, IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and/or TMWeb • Collaborate with end users to understand business and functional requirements and transform into technical requirements • Play a key role in code migration through build and deployment automation • Experience in IBM ECM platform Fine tuning, troubleshooting, analysing performance problems • Prior experience in setting up High Availability, DR environments, Knowledge of Load Balancers, Linux, Windows. • Previously work experience in any cloud & IBM ECM administrator is added advantage • Excellent trouble shooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks, integrations issues etc Soft Skills: • Good analytical abilities. • Good verbal and written communication • Quick Learner • Good in Documentation
