Cloud Deployment Delivery Manager/ Sr. Manager

Job description

 Required to manage deliveries across multiple accounts on projects related to Google workspace deployments & Google customer support (24x7) post deployments.  Responsible for people management of technology teams.  Required to upskill self and the reporting team on the Google roadmap and new technologies.  Expected to be adept in dashboards and metrics and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

About the role

 10+ years of experience in technology with 4+ years of experience in technical leadership.  5+ years of experience in migrating customers from legacy systems to Google Workspace.  4+ years of experience in migration tools e.g. Google Workspace Migrate, CloudM, Bit Titan, etc.  4+ years of experience in integration tools e.g. GAM, GCDS, Okta, ADFS, BetterCloud, etc.  Working knowledge in the Google Cloud Platform.  Serve as the primary point of communication with the stakeholders & customers while handling the Google Support Desk and the Google workspace deployments.  Should have led a team of at least 10+ members in a fast-paced environment  Working experience on Agile methodologies.  Certifications (nice to have): Google Cloud Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Engineer
