Shipping co-ordinator – Implant for a manufacturing company (G Card Holder ONLY)

Job description

Required a shipping coordinator for a freight forwarding company for their implant on a contractual basis. Minimum 10-12 years in Customs Brokerage Graduate, ‘G’ card holder. Good communication skill is must. Immediate Joiners ONLY

About the role

Responsible for the normal/Urgent import and export shipments by Sea or by Air and All import for semi or finished products. Coordinating with the broker and plant Audit shipment status maintenance Good knowledge on HTS code classification Calculate sea freight/air freight cost of any consignment EDD (Extra duty deposit) refund. SVB intimation on account of Royalty agreement Coordinate with Source plants to get the COO on time. Coordinate with customer & Freight forwarder for all the export/import consignments of India. Custom Duty/Advance Custom duty Payment requisition mail for approval. AWB/BL/COO coordination with the Source. Daily tracking of consignments Get CE certification of any export/import consignments Handle all domestic transportation Indent local vehicles (for dispatch from warehouse to customer & also between the warehouses) as per requirement. Work on logistics to introduce new routes/transportation/alternate transporters
